Ocean View Properties Vacation Rentals

We offer a wide variety of Sea Ranch homes ranging from one to four bedrooms in prime oceanfront, oceanside or hillside locations. Each of our rental homes has fully equipped kitchen and media equipment. Most have a fireplace or wood stove, hot tub and a laundry facility. Many homes allow children and pets. Homes with a fireplace or woodstove are stocked with firewood but guests must provide their own kindling. Guests must also provide bed linens, and towels, or with advance notice, linens can be rented and maid service can be provided.

Rates: While we endeavor to keep our website current, all website rates are per night and subject to change until a rental agreement has been executed by the renter. Thanksgiving/ Christmas/New Year rates are higher.

Check In / Check Out Times: Check in time is 3:00 pm; check out time is 1:00 pm. Late checkouts are occasionally available by request; check with our office. Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any deficiencies to our office immediately.

Deposit / Rent / Cleaning: A security deposit of $200 - $400 is required to hold your reservation. If the home is left clean and without damage, the deposit will be refunded to you within 10 business days. Cleaning the home is the responsibility of the renter unless cleaning is requested. Our staff inspects each home after the renter’s departure. The renter’s deposit will be charged, at the rate of $30 per hour, for any cleaning by our staff necessary to return the home to its original condition. Our determination of cleaning requirements is final and binding. Returned check fee is $30. Left items fee is $20 plus postage.

Pets: Pets are allowed in some homes; see individual home listings. Where pets are allowed a $50 non-refundable fee is deducted from the rental deposit.
